Chris Brown and Offset have ignited a social media feud, and it’s all over 21 Savage.
On Sunday (Feb. 3), Breezy posted a meme of Savage rapping in a British accent following news that the U.K.-born rapper had been arrested by ICE for overstaying his visa. The meme went viral, but not everyone was laughing.
Savage’s close friend and frequent collaborator Offset called out Chris for the insensitive post. “Memes ain’t funny lame,” the Migos rapper wrote in the comments.
Breezy fired back with an expletive-laced response, calling Offset a “sensitive ass ni**a.” He told him to stop clout chasing and pull up and fight him if he has a problem.
“FUCK YOU LIL BOY. BETTER WORRY ABOUT WHAT U GOT GOING AND FOCUS ON ‘YOU’. All this cap on IG IS WHATS LAME.. YO ENERGY WONT LIKE THAT WHEN I CAME TO THE DRAKE SHOW IN LA,” said Brown. “IF U DONT GET YO A HIP A HOP A HIBBET A HIBBET TO THE HIP HIP HOP AND YA DONT STOP THE ROCKIN FACEASS OUT MY COMMENTS. SENSITIVE ASS NI**A.. CALL ME PERSONALLY. U WANT SOME CLOUT WHEN ALL U GOTTA DO IS PULl UP No camera no flexing and all at!!!!! IF YOU A REAL MAN FIGHT ME. Oh and another thing, SUCK MY DICK!!!!”
After deleting the comment, Chris reposted it on Instagram Stories, adding more fuel to the fire. “If he don’t get his EARTH WIND AND FIRE pootytang space suits WEARING CAP ASS LIL BOY da fuck out my comments and off my dick,” said Chris.
Prior to Chris deleting the post, Drake also left a series of laughing emojis in the comments.
21 Savage was arrested on Sunday and is facing potential deportation. Following the news, his peers have shown their support including Cardi B, Meek Mill, and JAY-Z, who has called his arrest an “absolute travesty.” The Roc Nation mogul has hired a legal team to help him fight the case.
