The Kingslayer is making his way to Con of Thrones.
Mischief Management, the company behind the Game of Thrones and A Song of Ice and Fire convention, announced Friday that Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who Game of Thrones fans best know as Jaime Lannister on the show, will attend the convention in Nashville, Tennessee as a featured guest on July 13 and 14.
Coster-Waldau will participate in a spotlight panel, and fans will be able to purchase a photograph ($125) and autograph ($100) experience. Con of Thrones is offering a $375 Kingslayer Pass that will guarantee a one-day ticket to the convention on July 14, a seat at Coster Waldau’s spotlight panel, an autograph and photograph session, and a pin and T-shirt.
For a fan convention that analyzes and dissects all aspects of the books and shows, Coster-Waldau’s appearance is an exciting prospect. He’ll be attending the convention after Game of Thrones ends (it premieres on April 14), so he wouldn’t be restricted by spoilers or stuff that’s yet to air and can potentially offer a series-wide perspective on the character he’s played for nearly a decade.
Con of Thrones will take place in Nashville on July 12-14. Tickets are on sale now.
